Our law firm predominantly litigates cases relating to residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters. Our landlord and eviction lawyers work throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, NYC, and Queens Counties.
The types of residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters that we handle include nonpayment proceedings, holdover proceedings and HP proceedings

HP proceedings are cases brought against the landlord which are commenced either by the tenant seeking repairs or by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (DHPD) seeking correction and compliance with DHPD violations.
